The origins of Covid-19 have been in question since the virus first started spreading in Wuhan, China, where coincidentally there is a level 4 virology laboratory that was doing research on virus. We were first told the virus was zoonotic and had emerged in nature. They said it had come from a wet market where Chinese people buy food and it had come from a bat or a pangolin. There were many people who speculated early on that the virus had originated in the bio lab, but they were all discounted as conspiracy theorists and nut jobs. Today we know for certain the virus originated in the laboratory and it was engineered through gain of function research. Despite a coordinated effort by those responsible to keep the origins of Covid-19 hidden, the truth is finally coming out.
